These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Passenger”, “User”, or “Customer”) and Cheap Flights Hall regarding the search, reservation, purchase, and issuance of airline flight tickets and related travel services. By accessing or booking flights on our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Role as an Independent Flight Booking Intermediary

Cheap Flights Hall acts solely as an independent flight search platform and ticketing intermediary between travelers and commercial airlines, Global Distribution Systems (GDS), consolidators, and ticket fulfillment partners (collectively, “Airlines” or “Travel Suppliers”).

• We facilitate flight search, comparison, and booking requests. Cheap Flights Hall does not operate, control, or own aircraft or aviation services.
• All flight tickets issued are subject to the individual airline’s specific Contract of Carriage, fare rules, baggage limits, and operational policies.
• Cheap Flights Hall is not liable for airline operational delays, flight cancellations, mechanical faults, weather disruptions, air traffic control restrictions, or government actions.

2. Flight Pricing, Fare Quotations & Ticketing

Airfares are subject to dynamic real-time inventory and pricing updates from airline reservation systems:

• Fare Availability: Flight fares displayed during search are not guaranteed until the transaction is completed, payment is authorized, and the official electronic ticket (E-ticket with a 13-digit ticket number) is generated and confirmed.
• Taxes & Mandatory Fees: Displayed airfares include government-imposed taxes and mandatory airport passenger facility charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Price Fluctuations: In rare instances where an airline fare expires or increases before ticket issuance, our booking desk will contact you to confirm the updated price or offer a 100% full refund of your payment.

3. Passenger Name & Travel Document Requirements

It is the passenger's sole responsibility to ensure that all traveler information is accurate and matches official identification:

• Exact Name Matching: Passenger names must match the government-issued photo ID (driver’s license for domestic flights) or valid passport (for international flights) letter-for-letter. Due to airline security protocols, name corrections or ticket transfers to other individuals are generally strictly prohibited by airlines.
• Passports & Visas: For international flights, passports must generally have at least 6 months of validity remaining beyond the intended date of return. Passengers are solely responsible for obtaining required transit visas, destination visas, health declarations, and entry permits.
• TSA Secure Flight Information: Passengers must provide accurate full names, dates of birth, gender, and (if applicable) Redress Numbers or Known Traveler Numbers (TSA PreCheck) in compliance with aviation security requirements.

4. Baggage Allowances & Ancillary Airline Fees

Airlines maintain individual baggage policies, dimensions, and weight limitations:

• Basic economy and standard economy fares may exclude checked baggage or carry-on luggage allowances.
• Excess, overweight, oversized baggage fees, seat selection charges, in-flight meals, and priority boarding fees are assessed directly by the operating airline and are non-refundable.
• Passengers should review the baggage rules of each operating carrier on multi-airline or codeshare itineraries.

5. Flight Schedule Changes, Delays & Involuntary Cancellations

Airlines reserve the right to modify flight numbers, flight times, aircraft equipment, and routing without advance notice. When notified by airlines of significant schedule changes (exceeding 2–3 hours) or flight cancellations:

• Cheap Flights Hall will endeavor to notify you via your provided email address or telephone number.
• We will assist you in accepting alternative flight schedules provided by the airline or applying for an authorized airline refund if acceptable alternatives are unavailable.
• Passengers are strongly encouraged to re-confirm flight status directly with the operating airline 24 hours prior to domestic departures and 72 hours prior to international departures.

6. Cancellations, Ticket Changes & Refunds

All flight ticket cancellations, date modifications, and refund eligibility are governed strictly by our Flight Cancellation & Refund Policy and the respective airline fare rules.

• Most promotional and discounted airfares are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Qualifying cancellations within the 24-hour void window must be submitted promptly in accordance with applicable airline rules.

7. Payment Authorization & Fraud Prevention

To protect travelers against unauthorized transactions:

• You authorize Cheap Flights Hall and its merchant processors to charge the total verified amount to the credit card, debit card, or electronic payment method submitted.
• For high-value international bookings or transactions flagged by automated fraud prevention systems, we may request secondary billing verification or government ID confirmation prior to ticket issuance.
• Fraudulent bookings or unauthorized chargeback attempts will be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities and international aviation fraud databases.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CHEAP FLIGHTS HALL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM AIRLINE DELAYS, MISSED CONNECTIONS, BAGGAGE LOSS OR DAMAGE, FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS, DENIED BOARDING, ACTS OF GOD, EPIDEMICS, STRIKES, OR ANY ACT OR OMISSION OF AIRLINES AND THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, design, flight search technology, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software on cheapflightshall.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Cheap Flights Hall and its licensors, protected under copyright and trademark laws.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or dispute arising out of or related to flight bookings made through Cheap Flights Hall shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Winnebago County, Wisconsin.
